Ending a work session

I know I'm finished with a piece when the music in my mind stops. I hear a; "that's it", in my head. Sometimes I hear the song stop, but keep on working. I'll hear it again, more stern this time, "stop"! If I don't stop, I'll hear it very loud "STOP"! I've had an experience where I threw the brush down, because my hand kept moving.
It's the creative flow, from Universe to soul to mind though your body to your muscles. With the energy of your aura and the spirit, the body flow with artistic expression.

I often feel myself letting go and creating in a sort of astral fog, an artistic auto-pilot. I've heard it called automatic drawing. When I am aware of my surroundings again I feel so relaxed and dreamy. It's a utopic high like no other.

Hours often pass feeling like mere minutes. I blink and look up and time just soars. As an artist I seem to relish every moment I have to create, as I have very little down time. My hands only dream they could keep up with my mind and all my ideas.

Create everyday! never stop! Someday someone will love it and pay you for it, just have patients, your day will come!
