I realize that my work is my everything, I am miserable without it. I recently underwent shoulder surgery and cannot work my metal for about six weeks. I usually spend my days working on my metal often losing sight of the time. Wow, who knew that it would cause such turmoil inside. After two days of feeling better, I decided it could be worse, I could have lost my mobility forever. Life is short, but sweet, if you let it be. It is all about how you choose to handle it. Since I can still use my dominant hand, I decided to start sketching out ideas to make when I am able to use my hands,I have also picked up my paint brush. I, typing with one hand, have picked up my writing. i had neglected these gifts, so what an appropriate time to use them. Just making lemonade out of lemons..........It's wonderful to be creative..
