About Me:: Hi! My name is Stacie, and I am the owner of Sugar Dreams Bakery in Fayetteville, GA. I mainly focus on cake design in my bakery, specializing in custom creations from the elegant to the whimsical in everything from wedding cakes to your basic birthday cake. I wanted to get a stronger focus on my 'bakery' goodies, so that is how my Etsy Shop came to be!

I always loved baking, and with my Etsy shop I am able to create the delicious melt-in-your-mouth cookies that made me the favorite study-buddy or sister-in-law! My bakery mainly handles cakes, but I wanted to be able to sell cookies, truffles, muffins, cake bites, and cupcakes-to-go (Cuppies) to a wider range of people then just the folks located in my delivery radius!

Well, I am slowly getting my bakery's name out there into the world of online baked goodies! So far I have been featured on two treasuries (Joyce at Jane's Heart & Carrie at Wash My Cloth). Joyce's choice was my Death by Chocolate Cuppie (Dark Chocolate Cupcake with Dark Chocolate Ganache and mini-chocolate chips), and Carrie's choice was my Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Chewies! I have gotten a lot of inquires about my Gluten-Free items, and I worked really hard finding a great GF Flour recipe…

Yep, I have been baking Lemon, Vanilla, Strawberry, and Oreo Cookie Cupcakes today...along with some Chocolate Chunk Cookies and a Cream Cheese Cherry Almond Coffee Cake for a client's office meeting tomorrow. It smells soooo good in here! YUM!
