planes,trains and hugs from strangers

I was on the train the other day and i had the standard latte with a lid that doesn't quite fit. As i sat there with my laptop and my pram. Yeah i know, interesting combo. I spilt coffee all over my very lightly coloured top. Sigh. I looked at the people sitting alongside me in the carriage and to try and disguise my embarrassment i said to everyone sheepishly "it would be nice if they made coffee lids that actually fit"
