Back to reality

We went to Key West and on the news today they were evacuating Key West becuase of a hurricane-what luck! I guess it's back to reality now.....

My visit to the Dr's

I just found out that I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). I don't know whether to be sad or happy about this. It has been years I have been having these symptoms and the Dr's haven't been able to figure out what is going on, now I have a diagnosis, so I am happy about that but......I am a little nervous about the medication I am going to have to take (if I don't, I may end up with type 2 diabets or heart disease), the Dr. is going to start me on Metforim. Nice to go on vacation, but it's always nice to come home....

The cruise to Bermuda was okay. The food and drinks sucked! First rough seas to get there, then it was REALLY hot there but the water was beautiful. Calm seas for the way back, but the flu went through our room, yuuuccckkk! I don't know if I like cruising, call me weird, but I don't like being in such small quarters and paying all that extra money for excursions and drinks! I would love to go back to Bermuda, but this time I will fly and stay at a hotel there. What does everyone else feel about… Continue
