About Me:: Thanks for stopping by. I love to paint on anything and everything. My favorite things to paint on are discarded vintage pieces that I find on my many trips to the various flea markets in my area. The comments that I get from customers when they see a vintage piece given new life...well it takes one back down memory lane.

I have 3 boys at home. The oldest is 22, the middle is 17 and a senior in high school, and my youngest is 12. The middle and the youngest live, eat and breathe baseball! I've been married going on 23 years! Yikes! Time sure does fly!

I've been a fulltime crafter for many years...too many to remember. I've seen the good, prosperous time in craftshows. And of course I've seen the lows.

I will be starting to work on a website in May with hopes to have it up and running by June. I love that the internet has opened so many new doors to selling for me.

I was up til late last night helping a tech challenged friend...so a little draggy today. Hopefully I'll get you my second wind soon. Need to go work on the new signs that I made stencils for last night.

I just got finished walking 2.2 miles this morning. Wanted to get that out of the way before it gets too hot and humid. I'm ready for a nap! Better not sit here too long or I may nod off!

New Today...

Worked on making some new stencils for signs. Hope to have the finished product on esty by tomorrow. Love making signs! Any suggestions for sign sayings are always welcome.

It's hot and steamy here on the east coast and it's only suppose to get hotter as the week goes on...UGH! I'm not ready for late July/early August weather already. Wow! It's been a few weeks since I've been on...

My middle son has graduated from high school. I think we've gotten most of his college stuff worked out. My idiot husband had an accident with our truck. I turned 46 on Sunday. I've hit my 100th sale on etsy. It certainly has been an eventful couple of weeks...

I have my afternoons back!

My 17yr old senior, played his last high school baseball game yesterday. It was kind of a bittersweet moment as it will be the last time he plays with 7 of his friends that he's played high school ball with the last four years. Oh why do they have to grow up? LOL!

Next week are his final days of high school and then graduation on the 27th. He got into the college of his choice and it's local so he will still be at home for a little while longer. Yeah..Boo! Won't be missing him...but st…

Where Did April Go?

I can't believe it's the first weekend of May! Where did April go?

Prom is now behind us, so we only have baseball playoffs and graduation to go! Still trying to get college for the fall wrapped up for the 17 yr old. I don't know why boys wait til the last minute to do everything, but they do! UGH!

My flower beds are planted....just need to fertilize and keep weeding them. I love annuals and all their color. Perennials are nice too! Love blackeyed susies! Maryland state flower!…
