HELP!!!

If I click on add an image, click browse, go to my file, open picture I want,then click add image, my photo is not showing, just a bunch of letters and codes. Could someone be kind enough to advise me what to do?
I've always been able to add photos to a blog.

View my shop and give me advice

I have been busy making new items.

I have not had a beadwoven item sale in over two months. Any ideas, suggestions, my patience is very low.

I have been card making and am not even haveing much viewing with those.

I keep renewing and listing, just don't know what's wrong.
