About Me:

I have been a crafter for as long as I can remember, but I have focused in the last couple of years on primitive folk art type crafting. I love to work with fabric and other materials and turn them into something beautiful and often combine sewing, painting and flower arranging. I have recently started making primitive dolls and am loving them. I am a candle maker and love to make tarts, container candles and am currently learning to make pillar candles. I also make room sprays and potpourri.

Getting the hang of things...

Well, its been a bit now and I think I'm getting the hang of things here. I have enjoyed meeting so many wonderfully talented people! And everyone has been so nice and welcoming!

I have had busy fingers this week and have been working to fill my store with more handmades. It's been tough as I work full time outside of the home and have 3 busy children (ages 18, 15 & 10), but crafting relaxes me and boy do I need relaxin'!!! LOL!!

Intro to me!

How great is this site! It's pretty cool that there is a place for all of us like-minded artists to go and hang!!

I'm just trying to figure my way around and set up my little corner of Etsy. I hope you like it. I am pretty new to Etsy and am just getting some things ready to put up there. I will list some pics of some items that I have made in the past so you all can get a feel for what I do.
