Communication: Increasing customer loyalty

Here’s what I’ve learned: customer service DOES make a huge difference in sales…and in how much YOU enjoy running your shop at Etsy. It helps by keeping loyal customers who come back to buy more and by spreading the news of your shop by word of mouth–of course we all know that, right?

I'm so excited--it's bloggy giveaways week!

I really am. No kidding. So far, there are 339 participants signed up at Bloggy Givaways and it opened up at 8 a.m. this morning, only! I'm doing a giveaway every day for five days at my blog, ...and the rest is history -- mostly showing new products and just feeling good about giving back a little :)

New, lower price on address lables!

In preparation for a new line of stickers featuring a glossy finish, I've lowered the price of all the address labels currently in my shop.
