At long last the girlship has landed. Well, one of them has. I plan on doing a whole alien line due to all the great response I have received from everyone for alienship in space 10"x10".

Stop the presses! I have successfully created and uploaded my etsy store banner. I really recommend that one research thru forums and the storque before trying for the first time to make a banner. I know, I know.....I havent posted anything "girlie". Well, there is pink dino.

All can rest easy, girlie-er children canvas art is on the way! I'm going to paint some cupcakes tonight. I cant wait to get my paintbrush to the canvas. Oh! and any of my other designs, such as happy jellyfish, little whale, beetle bug and striped bug, can be done in pinks or other "girl" colors. Take a look....and remember....custom colors and sizes upon request!

OMG! I just checked, I have done so several times daily for about 2 weeks, AND I have 3 hearts! Well, I have 4 but my first one is from my bff. It was a surprise when she "hearted" me because I had not thought to tell her to do it. So, I had one and now I have 4!!! Whooo Hoooo!

I have gotten many comments on my icon due to the gorgeous face-painting. This picture was taken in New Orleans, April '05, when my husband was home for mid-tour from Iraq. I believe that some sort of festivel was going on, I think it was french quarter fest.

However, festivel or no, New Orleans truly is amazing. Just walking down those great streets and being in the quarter is so inspiring. (Now, not Burbon Street, that is a different type of inspriation!)
