- My name is Lou Fedorick. I live in Northeast Pa. , it has been home for the last twenty years. I am originally from Houston Texas. I am a lamp worker , a bead maker who plays with fire and glass in wee hours of the night.. My shop is named after one of my little Boston terriers, Benny and Abbey are the cutest, sweetest dogs a person could own. They give me such joy and companionship. They are always in my studio checking out the beads. I started creating beads and jewelry after my youngest son was deployed to Iraq and after two deployments he is safely home. But my love for bead making has continued and is now a wonderful obsession.
My major in college was nursing , I am a critical care nurse in a trauma center in Allentown Pa. , and it is a wonderful rewarding career but can be very stressful at times.
My love for art has been burning in my soul since I was a little girl helping my dad with his tiny copper sculptures. All my life I have done some type of craft. I have done watercolors, acrylics, but bead making and designing jewelry is my passion. Glass, is a wonderful perfect medium it is hot, cold and with endless color combinations and designs . Lampworking is a wonderful dance between glass and fire .
My beads and jewelry are a reflection of me , I design what I love, wear what I design, I want it to be strong and beautiful and to last so I always give 100 % guarantee . I want the buyer to love and enjoy my creations as much as I have enjoyed creating them. My pieces are unique and unusual , they are an expression of me and my love of bead making.

I am slowly getting things back to normal after taking a break from etsy so I could take care of my husband . He had been really sick for awhile but thank God he is better . I am still taking glass and jewelry classes and working full time as a nurse. Soon I hope to fill my shop with little jewels . Just wanted to says thanks for all the prayers and I really have missed everyone.
