- About Me:
- I am a artist designing jewelry. I started out about 8 years ago tinkering around enjoying what I made. The girls in a local bead shop showed me a few tips and tricks to make necklaces and earrings. As my pieces started to sell, I wanted to learn more and have been taking classes at the Cultural Art Center for 6 years. I also attend a week long intense metalsmithing workshop in the hills of North Carolina which features top artists from around the world. It is an inspirational experience.
I majored in Fine Arts in high school and college. I was also a competitive figure skater. The marriage of these two passions is evident in my work. The craftsmanship and the inspiration of working with coloured stones have taken my work to a new and exciting level.
