- Hi Sharon, Hopefully by now you have seen the email I sent....must tell you I was just reviewing the slide show on this site and the photo's look really nice...maybe it is an Etsy thing........the lighting looks great...the only thing I might change is the way background....some color that pops or even black, gold, like the gold on this site...ya know the bar above that says Comment Wall...it soothing to the eye.......the only other thing is to photograph directly above the item when using the light box this will eliminate the reflections/shadows. If you have tripod that might help.

Hobbling Along
Jewelry making is kind of on hold for now as I'm hobbling around after surgery. About a week and a half ago, I was coming down the spiral staircase when I just missed the last two steps. I was turning so both ankles hit the Italian tile with a crash!
The result is a badly sprained left ankle that is just now starting to look like a human foot again. The right ankle was broken in 3 places. My husband had relocated it into place when he rolled me over to see if I was still in one piece.

First Sale in New Shop
Posted my first products in Etsy in late March and we had our first sale last week! Great to break the ice and now I am concentrating on increasing our visibility online.
