I'm also on the west coast (Arizona) and I've never seen a 'best' time to list. I've found that, for me the 'best' time to list is when I've got something ready. I've tracked my sales times and they are all over the board.. There really isn't any...

I am a mom of a little girl and a little boy. I started making hair bows for my little girl who likes to be a princess. Soon I've developed a real passion for making adorable, unique, cute hair bows for little girls. Last month I took my collections online to etsy.
