Promoting Etsy is a business in itself. I'm surprised to find how many people have not clue what Etsy is. Its sad really. Such a wonderful place to find hand made specialty items. Great as gifts to show you were really thinking of someone. That you took the time to really find just they would love. That's what we need to promote. It's ease of use, the variety of what is there.

When I first created my Etsy site I was primarily a fiber artist. Creating small wall hangings for sale on my website. Not long after that I started to play with Polymer clay and fell in love with the versitality of it. Then onto the glass. I met someone through a fiber arts group from England and she offered me an old kiln that was over here in storage. I paid for the shipping and waited for it to arrive. Well, it arrived about a week later looking like it had been tumbled in a dryer. Broken
