About Me:: I'm an eclectic soul who loves to design and create beautiful things.
I'm a mom to a 9 year old boy who makes me laugh and reminds me how to act like a child again. I'm starting to teach Art & Nature classes in the fall. The few classes I have taught so far have been a hit. I want to connect people to our enviroment. On my blog you will find musings of my life and how we add fun to it. I like to share ideas with others and I am inspired by many things. I enjoy cooking, crafting, gardening, drawing, painting, biking, hiking, fishing, camping and a lot of other things.

Trying to balance the creativity and buisness

I need to work on more products before I can list anything else. I 'm finding it hard to shift out of the buisness mode and get into the creating mode. Does anyone else have this problem? There is so much I want to do. Well this is going to be a quick blog.I have so much to do before the night is out. I still can't get over how many beautiful things can be found on Etsy.

Getting Started on Etsy

What a wonderful sight. So many beautiful items. I know where I will be doing all my gift shopping from now on. All these talented people is great. I wish I knew about Etsy a few years ago when I started Kith & Kin Studios with my sister- in-law. We started the buisness around 2004. She came up with the name. It means Friends and Family gathering. ( we do a lot of it )
