A recent purchase of a new sewing machine holds exciting new possibilities for a new direction I want to try with etsy. My character who has had much success on ebay called Midnight (a little white cat with long ears and a Cat-itude) would lend himself quite well to a plush toy. I have to wait a few weeks for my check to come in and then I'm off to the fabric store to investigate fleece and flannel fabrics to see what works best. I'm very excited about this new outlet!
In other news…

One of these days I'll find the energy to devote as much time to etsy as it deserves. In this I have been very lax. I have been devoting my creative juices to two other sites and various projects for the both of them. All in hopes of making a difference, while increasing my exposure at the same time.

*Doing happy dance* WooHoo!
I did it! I finished my story for the writers guild annual childrens story contest. I'm filled with pride that I can get it edited and still post it off a full week before the deadline. (((None of my former highschool teachers would believe that!)))
Thanks to my inner muse for keeping me inspired and giving me those little nudges when I was trying to fall asleep!
