- I'm a disabled housewife who's owned by 5 cockatiels, they run the house, I run the vacuum cleaner. I learned to sew out of desperation to find clothes that fit and am self taught. I'm also the proud 'Mommy' to a holstien with mags that I use to help charities attract attention to their cause and raise money. For some reason, Holstien's with mags attract quite a bit of attention. I'm a very crafty person and can keep myself busy for hours with nothing more than paper and crayons. Most of my craft inventions come from things that don't work, in my opinion, that I think I can make better.

My mother has a ton of birds (now that would be a lot of birds) Cockatiels, parrots, budgies, finches, she is a bird nut. I like the Cockatiels best, they are so sweet. The Parrots only like my mother, or what I am eating at the time! LOL
