My name is Elizabeth and I retired recently from teaching the deaf and hard of hearing. Now I have a lot of time to paint. I have been painting off and on for about 15 yrs.

Oh! I live in Lake Havasu City, AZ, the most hot city in America, well I mean it is 2nd. Death Valley is first. July is the hottest month with temps going up to 120. Wonder how I cope; me too sometimes. Lots of AC in home and cars. We are over the July hump. August will be cooler. About 107 temps and I am used to this dry heat not that I lounge around on the patio!!
