I joined ETSY in Sept '09. I have had a few sales through ALCHEMY bids, but other than those it's only been sales to friends or family. Any suggestions on how to advertise inexpensively? I've gotten a fair amount of views on my items just no buyers. I'm starting to get a little discouraged.

Hello- everyone, I am getting ready to put on a charity fashion show for breast cancer on October 18th, everyone is donating their time and services for the event all the money we make goes toward breast cancer. I am making goodie bags for all the helpers etc that made this happen. Its all coming out of my own pocket but i was wondering if anyone would like to help. Of course you can use promo items from your shop. You will be helping a good cause and also get to promote your shop for a great cause. i would love to hear from anyone if their interested in helping me out. again thank you.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share this with you. If you aren't on Twitter yet I suggest that you get on board. Why? Check this out. The first 10 items in my shop have been newly posted in the last couple hours. Look at the amount of views on each item. Can you guess which ones I posted to Twitter? The two bracelets were posted during work hours. Pretty incredible! You don't realize how many hits you get off of Twitter/Facebook until you do an experiment like this! www.kab134.etsy.com
