How do I embed photos in Comments?

It says "Supports text, embedded videos, photos, and widgets" but I haven't been able to add a photo or an etsy mini to a comment.

I've tried to copy and paste a photo. I've tried to drag and drop a photo.

Anyone know how?

Are you sure you're using the right code for the etsy mini? There are two codes and you need to use the flash version (the second one)

Thanks SarahVZ - I just tried the flash version and that worked - I had to refresh tho before the pics would show up but still don't know how to just embed a regular photo. Anyone?

if you have photos hosted on something like photobucket that will work b/c it'll give you the html code... or, you can insert a photo in an area of this site that has the nifty icon for it (like here in the forums) and then just cut the code from there and use it wherever you'd like.

here's some html for you...
open your etsy item, click on the picture that you want twice (so that the internet address ends in jpg (meaning it's a picture file) and insert that into this (where the white box is) and delete the ** at the front/back too -->

Ok I tried it - I uploaded the image using the icon here and the picture showed up so I will do that then copy/paste the code to where I really want to do it. That's a pain tho..

yes, i completely agree... i usually keep a few things uploaded to photobucket so that I can copy/paste them where ever I'd like b/c I can never remember the html I gave you above
