This is a LOW COST way to promote your craft/art !! i did it and am so happy i did. thought i would share what it is all about. Look into for yourself. What a GREAT promotional tool !!!

Artisan of the world is a printed catalog production, created by the artisanimpact jewelry designers and team, which centers on handcrafted work by which international artisans (on-line sellers), from Etsy and others participate in.

Approximately 80,000 copies will be distributed at the end of April - beginning Mai 2008.
Some of the catalogs will be distributed (door to door) through a Canadian national distribution organization in English areas only, and according to statistical segmentation we receive from the distribution organization. The remaining catalogs will be distributed according to arrangements with a variety of cafés, office buildings, special galleries, chosen play-grounds, etc.

i could certainly give that a shot, yes. i love this catalog ..... and i adore the gal i work with. she has been a great help in other aspects of me etsy as well .... one sarp lady. i am really excited about it. and i think it will be a great thing to have ..... as a promo tool AND to have .... just to chronicle my herb garden adventure!!!!! silly maybe ..... but fun !!!!

I'd love to know the return too. They post a TON about it in the forum, but I'm wondering if the shops buying ads are making money or just the publisher.
