Your ad in " artisan of the world" PRINTED catalog!
Hi everybody,
Great news! But first, we would like to thank the hundreds of you for your cooperation. Your feedbacks really helped us to get a clearer idea of the amount, on-line art sellers can afford in publishing an ad. We have received some very good advices and ideas. We have decided to endeavour the option of organizing and putting together a project of a catalogue production which centers on handcrafted work by which international artisans (on-line sellers), from etsy and others participate in. The catalogue will include an opening article on the topic of on-line trade as well as handcraft art work and will be divided to categories.
As promised…we rechecked with the printer and the distribution company and made some changes (page size and quantity) in order to allow lower costs for all of us. We hope that now, many of you will be able to participate in artisan of the world catalogue, promote your on line shop and reach new buyers.
We will distribute approximately 80,000 copies (instead of 100,000 initially planned) at the end of February- beginning March 2008.
Final size – 51/2 X 81/2
Paper - 140m glossy
40 pages or more (depending on response)
The rates for advertisings are as follows:
$420 for a full page,

Important - All ads must be purchased by the end of December 2007.
We will convo the participants with more details regarding the images, banners and url addresses. Graphic design will be done by us.
In addition, the bottom of every page of the catalogue will include a strip for sponsorship logos. (This gave us the opportunity to offer you these really convenient prices).
*Regarding the back cover – the best offer will be accepted.

*We prefer to receive all payments with Paypal. (Checks and money orders are accepted as well).
*We offer payment plans – if you need one please convo us. (All payments must be completed before 20/Feb/2008)
(Since the production costs are high we are charging 3$ flat price world wide for shipping you a copy of the catalogue).
Groups-
Groups who wish to purchase one ad in the catalogue are most welcome to do so, but we ask to communicate with only one representative in order to confirm the ad. Also, payment has to be made through one account as well. The ad's format has to be similar to the other ads.
Distribution-
Some of the catalogues will be distributed (door to door) through a Canadian national distribution organization in several provinces (English areas only) and according to statistical segmentation we receive from the distribution organization. We will concentrate on areas by which the population is from higher socioeconomic status, as it represents our clientele in on-line shopping and line of work. The remaining catalogues will be distributed according to arrangements with a variety of cafés, office buildings, special galleries, chosen play-grounds, etc.
*Artists who may be interested in distributing additional catalogues privately in their country will need to order catalogues in advance in order for us to prepare accordingly in increasing the printing quantity.
